Christmas BBQ at Scout
Scout, the ultimate destination for fun, is giving guests a change of pace this Christmas Day. Forget turkey or ham this holiday season – Texans know that smoked brisket’s where it’s at.
The eatertainment venue will offer a special $38 BBQ Sampler for hungry guests spotlighting a smoked brisket with a cranberry-barbecue glaze. The meal will come with mac and cheese, green beans with caramelized onions and cornbread. Add a small side of festive coleslaw featuring dried cranberries and walnuts for an extra $3.
The meal comes complete with dessert: a slice of Turtle Cheesecake drizzled with bourbon caramel sauce. This dessert combines the rich flavors of chocolate, caramel and pecans, providing a decadent finish to the meal.
